Unlike most shot desserts served at trendy restaurants, Shotibles are 100% edible, even the glass.
All shotables have at least two components; a glass and a filling. Many also have some sort of topping.
Every Shotible has some sort of alcohol as a component, but it is not intended to be intoxicating. I will include a "virgin" version of the recipes whenever possible.
Both desserts and cocktails will serve as inspiration for Shotilbles. If you have a favorite dessert or drink you'd like to see translated into a Shotible, drop me a like, and maybe it will show up in a future post.
